Toddler Teacher 2 at Pagosa Springs Head Start ~ Starting in August 2023 A sign-on bonus of $500 for new hires getting a CDA within six months and working an additional three months of successful employment. This role works in a classroom-based setting with typically and atypically developing children and provides daily supervision and support for childrens developmental needs. Positions may be reassigned to various classrooms/centers for program operations. Salary: The hourly wage ranges from $13.78 to $18.88 through August 31, 2023. As of September 1, 2023, the hourly wage range will increase to $15.31 – $20.97 due to a cost of living adjustment. Minimum requirements: A high school diploma/GED Candidates must acquire a Toddler CDA within six months of hire.
