Toddler Teacher 1 at Pagosa Springs Head Start ~ Starting in August 2023 A sign-on bonus of $1,500 for new hires getting a CDA within six months and working an additional three months of successful employment. Works in a classroom-based setting with typically and atypically developing children. Positions may be reassigned to various classrooms/centers for program operations. Salary: The hourly wage ranges from $15.98 to $19.79 through August 31, 2023. As of September 1, 2023, the hourly wage range will increase from $17.75 to $21.98 due to a cost of living adjustment.
