Work Remotely as a Licensed Therapist: Want flexibility in your schedule and the option to work from home while you provide therapy to individuals and families? Full and part-time positions available (20 hours or more a week is required for part-time). Our therapists use evidence-based practice to provide online services through a tele-therapy system. As a tele-therapist, you will enjoy the leisure of working from a remote location. Our dedicated program lead will work alongside you from the clinic to support you and ensure that your patient has all of the resources they need to succeed. We also provide training and technical assistance, to ensure that our therapists can navigate the technology that will enable them to deliver quality services. We are interested in positive, enthusiastic Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LCSW) who are dedicated to connecting to individuals and families, and forming trusting relationships that enhance individual strengths and increase positive community involvement. Utilizes a variety of treatment approaches and case coordination to work with a diverse client population. To provide evidence based behavioral health treatment by use of tele-therapy. Supervisory responsibilities: No Physical demands: Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Must have ability to sit for longer periods of time at a computer. Employee must be able to travel between AHS locations. May be exposed to stressful situations that involve enraged, distraught and/or intoxicated individuals with possible mental disorders. Possible potential exposure to communicable disease. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Travel required: Minimal Required Experience: Must be a Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Colorado. Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field required. Competency with the DSM V and diagnostic techniques. Effective written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of methods of psychotherapy as well as trauma informed care principles/practices. Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans. Must be able to promote culture of inclusiveness, respect, community and understanding. Be able to use technology effectively to provide confidential and professional therapy to patients from a remote location. Additional eligibility requirements: Two years post-graduate experience in human services field preferred. Work authorization/security clearance requirements: Annual Flu immunization by Nov 1and annual TB screening required. Current CPI training and BLS certification with in 90 days.
