Visiting Angels is Now Hiring a Recruitment Coordinator POSITION PURPOSE: A Recruiter is in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company. A successful recruiter will have strong people skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently. They should foster good relationships with recruits and company staffing agents and be able to follow through on a project. This position reports to the COO and salary is dependent on experience. Pay: $17-18 an hour or Based on Experience Visiting Angels is an Equal Opportunity Employer Applicant Must live in Pagosa Springs, CO. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: General Admin oversite for recruitment, through the initial phone screen and helps facilitate the objectives and goals for retention set by the COO/Exec team. A good Recruiter is hardworking, dedicated individual with a goal-oriented mindset. They enjoy collaborating with others and working as a team to find the perfect person for a job. A Recruiter should be a good judge of character who can save time searching for applicants by using first impressions of a candidates resume and application to decide which candidates to pursue. Successful Recruiters are organized and coordinated, able to communicate with dozens of applicants at once about several different positions and guide them all through the hiring process. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create the greatest amount of growth with least amount of advertising expenses. Effective Marketing and advertising through referral sources, social media, website, events, print and other media in relation to Caregiver recruitment. Influence and Lead Client Care Managers to achieve caregiver marketing goals within their specific markets. Promote good will and build relationships with employees. Develop, monitor and achieve goals in taking Leads and converting them to applications. Update Facebook job posts monthly implementing new techniques and track what draws attention in inquiries and clicks. Change caregivers negative perception of the company by celebrating caregiver anniversaries and showing appreciation. Creation and tracking of caregiver Mash-ups, turned in on next months staff meeting. Utilize tracking system for metrics and spending both weekly and monthly. Track budgets by documenting everything billed to any marketing code by area. Communicate with HR, CMs and schedulers weekly and update job posts based off needs by area. Post relevant information on Facebook to keep Visiting Angels brand front of mind to all current followers and build larger following Build a YouTube following by posting videos that are useful training on basic care needs for caregivers and the public, including posting a Friday Fly By on a weekly basis. Create a daily, weekly, and monthly task list to help us stay on track with tasks and tracking Update caregiver wall in Pagosa Springs office of active caregivers, monthly. Update corporate website applications links and social media, and track corporate conversion rates. Participate in all area job fairs. Create a list of caregiver birthdays, monthly, updating caregiver wall and calling caregivers on their birthday. Work with HR to help improve inquiry to application process by emailing and texting applicants. Manage job postings, users, and site on Hireology. Analytics tracking Any other recruitment duties as assigned SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED: Minimum of one-year experience in the Private Duty Industry preferred, not required Experience with public speaking, demonstrated presentation skills. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems and other health care industry related software. Demonstrate ability to work well with a team. Results oriented. Ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with referral sources. Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing. Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor; and present a well-groomed professional image. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate and accurately follow through in work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines, as well as, work independently with a minimum amount of direction and/or supervision. Ability to generate goodwill for the organization and its management among staff, clients, and referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence. U.S. Citizen or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit. Visiting Angels is following all CDC and OSHA guidelines for Covid-19.
