Recruiter and HR Specialist Northern Arizona POSITION PURPOSE: A Recruiter, or HR Sourcing Specialist, is in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at and company. Assist in managing the pipeline of new caregivers. Assist in the documentation of employee training, events, and benefits. Assist in optimizing the retention and onboarding of caregivers. Reports directly to the Human Resource Director. Responsible for preparing payroll for Accounting Department. They should foster good relationships with recruits and company staffing agents and be able to follow through on a project. This position reports to the COO and salary is dependent on experience. Pay: $17-18 an hour or Based on Experience Visiting Angels is an Equal Opportunity Employer Applicant Must live in or Around Flagstaff, AZ area SUPERVISION EXERCISED: General Admin oversite for Recruitment/ HR assistant position, helps candidates through the initial phone screen and helps facilitate the objectives and goals for retention set by the COO/Exec team. A good Recruiter/ HR person is a hard working, dedicated individual with a goal-oriented mindset. They enjoy collaborating with others and working as a team to find the perfect person for a job and process all paperwork for the candidate through to hire. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create the greatest amount of growth with least amount of advertising expenses. Effective Marketing and advertising through referral sources, social media, website, events, print and other media in relation to Caregiver recruitment. Influence and Lead Client Care Managers to achieve caregiver marketing goals within their specific markets. Promote good will and build relationships with employees. Develop, monitor and achieve goals in taking Leads and converting them to applications. Update Facebook job posts monthly implementing new techniques and track what draws attention in inquiries and clicks. Perform follow-up calls to caregivers after working their first shift. Send e-mail reminders to caregivers for compliance. Assist in coordinating and documenting orientation. Assist in employee correspondence; via email, text message, or voice mail. Assist in the management of the caregiver pipeline. Assist in the management of the Incentives/Benefits program for CGs. Assist in creating a culture of celebration; sending Birthday Cards to all employees and other celebratory events. Constantly learning how to improve in your field. Update the Current Caregiver List and Evaluations Log. Assist in fielding calls from applicants, and employees. Assist in management of compliance reminders. Assist in processing new hires. Assist in filing personnel paperwork. Comply with all State employment laws Assist the HR Director with any requests or projects. Manage job postings, users, and site on Hireology. Manage AI system for scheduling phone interviews. Data and Analytics tracking Any other recruitment duties as assigned SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED: Minimum of one-year experience in the Private Duty Industry preferred, not required Experience with public speaking, demonstrated presentation skills. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems and other health care industry related software. Demonstrate ability to work well with a team. Results oriented. Ability to form relationships and maintain rapport with referral sources. Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently and diplomatically orally and in writing. Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor; and present a well-groomed professional image. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate and accurately follow through in work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines, as well as, work independently with a minimum amount of direction and/or supervision. Ability to generate goodwill for the organization and its management among staff, clients, and referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.
