Commission Based – Agents can see anywhere from 35K to 120K in their first year, with big growth potential Responsibilities: Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Prospect for new leads to promote new business Follow-up with leads to increase sales Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Successfully navigate and complete Sherpa Real Estate’s 90 Day onboarding process Become adept at the processes of negotiation, contract creation, and management, and client risk protection Qualifications: A successful and proven sales history is preferred Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Technology driven Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Show good organizational and time management skills Strict adherence and desire to collaborate with Sherp Real Estate’s Core Values and Guiding Principles Ability to skillfully time block and highly organized About Company: Sherpa Real Estate is a Colorado Mtn town boutique RE company serving primarily the residential and ranch community.
