They are responsible for establishing communication channels, setting expectations and maintaining the overall relationship with our customers. They are responsible for understanding our customers priorities and making certain this is communicated to all parties. In addition, the successful candidate will be involved with developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company. Roles in this function partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements, develop reports, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization. Example responsibilities could include producing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to customers both internal and external. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, queries and analytic software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data. Youll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the department lead and face to the internal health plan customers:- Attend and be involved in all program executive and State meetings. Be aware of day to day program needs; become deeply engrained in the programs strategies/business/goals- Gather, advise and challenge requirements by consulting with the programs- End-to-end support/resource/subject matter expert department needs (data, insights, analysis, etc.)- Provide strategic ideas, recommendations, deliverables and demonstrate value of department to customers (includes tactics, measurements) and ensure the value is communicated by the Programs to their senior leadership- Go-to BasiS individual capable of communicating and interacting with Senior Program Executives and State Partners Pro-active in thinking outside the box to provide new business opportunities to the Programs leveraging BasiS capabilities.- Viewed by the Programs as a strategic partner (not an order taker/plain report delivery individual)- Track tasks and requirements and estimate resource needs within our internal workflow tool- Ensure dialog with Programs through business interactions and continuous discussions- Help transfer best practices/learnings across Programs Work alongside Solutions Manager to ensure assignments are clearly defined, executed and delivered on time Work across other BASIS pillars to articulate needs, solicit resources and ensure flawless execution Provide insight and support for Capital Projects and Budget planning Communicate wins and concerns to senior BASIS leaders and ability to summarize value realized Provide support and insights to Senior Leadership regarding Program Alerts Lead projects to completion by contributing to report and dashboard development and automation, forecast and what-if scenarios Formulate hypothesis, develop queries and models to evaluate hypothesis and formulate solutions to drive process improvement Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, projects and / or approachesCompetencies: Self-starter with an engaging style, solid influencing and facilitation skills that will quickly develop relationships across the organization while building a collaborative work environment Resilience – the ability to switch focus and redirect energies gracefully Analytic thought leadership with skills in developing innovative and creative analytic solutions to complex problems Strong business acumen and critical thinking ability Executive presence and presentation skill – ability to tell a compelling story in a concise and effective manner to non-financial executives Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, identify and diagnose problems and make recommendations Goal-directed, persistent and driven to achieve positive results.
