Working with new technologies and new business prophecies – changing ways of workingBest Vs Average Candidate: Consultative person in nature , credibility with senior executives Role DescriptionSupport the strategic transformation initiatives of Client by leading organizational change management (OCM) programs. As a member of a strategic OCM team, you will plan, organize, execute, and measure change strategies for large, complex transformation programs. You will partner with executive sponsors and transformation teams to adapt proven practices in change management to fit with program goals and organizational environments. You will serve as the project lead for one or more transformation initiatives, able to independently lead matrixed change management teams. Your change leadership will accelerate capture of program benefits, including rapid adoption of new ways of working and improved employee engagement. Must have:- Required – 8-10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading OCM initiatives for strategic and transformation programs (i.e., digital transformation, operating model redesign, governance design, innovation programs, large scale reorganizations, etc.)- Required “ Credible expertise in applying and implementing OCM disciplines (e.g., change strategy, sponsor and change advocate development, strategic communications, learning and development, resistance management, change sustainability) within a transformation initiative- Required – 5+ years experience in the financial services industry, especially consumer and/or commercial banking- Required – 3+ years of experience planning and managing projects (work planning, resource estimation, results reporting)- Required – OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci) and/or graduate level education in OCM-related disciplines- Required – ability to take a consultative approach to frame and resolve issues, analyze requirements and root causes, drill into details, and drive to closure and decisions.- Required – exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences.
