This position will coordinate the functions, processes, and resources for the Amerock Digital channel. This will entail developing superior working relationships with individuals internally and externally related to the Digital channel. This individual will manage all domestic National Home Improvement Center ˜Big Box Digital customer accounts and partner with key internal, operational teams including; Customer Service, Marketing, and Supply Chain. In this role, the National Account Manager for Digital will work with the Digital Commerce team to proactively drive process efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and achieve assigned annual goals.Job ResponsibilitiesNational Account management focused but not limited to Digital business, for existing and potentially new National Home Improvement ˜Big Box; and Mass Merchant Retailers. Identify and drive revenue within multiple business pillars of each Customer providing an end to end Amerock omnichannel experience.Manage customer account P&L, working closely with Channel FP&A. Own monthly and quarterly leadership recaps, reviews, and required meetings.Enable and drive excellence in execution, leveraging close collaboration with internal and external partners, detailed account and project management, and consistent and clear communication.Account acquisition plan for new customer accounts while overseeing fluid on-boards and customer self-service solutions.Prioritize, identify, and resolve daily customer issues and communication.Oversee customer dashboard and portal management for internal support teams.Identify and prioritize repeat customer contacts with the Customer Care team to drive the customer-facing issue resolution.Lead internal and external Digital Commerce meetings to ensure projects are completed and action owners identified resulting in, efficient processes and enhanced partner programs.Benchmark and assess our competitive execution online through qualitative and quantitative data points.QualificationsBachelors Degree in business administration or related fieldFive+ years work experience in marketing, sales, or a related fieldAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for resultsSolid analytical skills and acute attention to detailsRoot-cause initiative to eliminate recurring issues and drive true, comprehensive solutionsEnhanced project and process management skills with a focus on automation enhancementsAvailability to travel 10% – 15% of the year to seminars, trade shows, and annual customer account meetings.ll client/account strategyRecommended skillsAchieve Client NeedBusiness DevelopmentClient Service ManagementCustomer Relationship ManagementCustomer RetentionSales ManagementRecommended JobsAccount ManagerAtlanta,GaAccount Manager, Atlanta,GaNational Account Manager, Digital (e-Commerce)AmerockWork From HomeFull-TimeDirector, Key Account Manager – Consumer VerticalKuehne + NagelAtlantaEmployee Benefits Account ManagerGPACAtlanta$50,000 – $150,000/Year
