We’re looking for aIT Program Manager-Remote (United States)
You will provide program management leadership to ensure IT initiatives are realized and completed successfully. As Senior IT Program Manager, you will have program obligation within the information technology organization and must be able to manage several projects across multiple cross functional teams and departments. You will partner with fellow Project Managers and business transformation leads to identify cross-dependencies, communicate information and ensure successful alignment between programs.

Be liable for taking small to large, company-wide, mission critical programs/projects from ideation through final implementation and go-livePartner with IT leadership to support cross-functional (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, etc.) roadmaps and align them around our business goalsSupport business transformation and IT teams on roadmap planning and efficient change management with business stakeholdersProvides overall communication and interfaces with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional stakeholders, sponsors and vendorsTranslate business targets into execution strategy (tactical and critical), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong partnership and agile leadershipAbility to work with all levels in the Organization and present and lead meetings with Director/VPs/C-suite own the portfolio of projects, and lead projects to achieve desired goals while keep cross functional teams accountableProactive risk and issue management to ensure the expected project outcomes are achieved on time and within budget, scope and expected qualitySupport the IT teams with monitoring plan deviations and assisting in the development of corrective action plans at the program level provide mentoring and agile expertise in support of the project teamsTasked to manage external vendors/SIs engagements, IT budgets and forecastsManage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
You have what it takes if you have¦
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of program management with enterprise solutions in a large SaaS companyProven experience in managing multiple large transformation projects/programs and M&As in an enterprise environmentExperience with IT, Sales, Marketing, Support, Financial, HR, Legal SaaS systems (e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite/ ERP, HRIS, AWS/Cloud infrastructure, etc.)Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organizational and communication skills to adequately lead project management activities for concurrent projects and multidisciplinary teamsSolid background in both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies with proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)
Able to drive alignment across competing point of views and influence stakeholders across the company to achieve the desired outcomesFlexible, able to adapt to changing situations and open to trying alternative solutionsAble to build strong relationships across the organization and demonstrate a strong ability to work with a variety of personalitiesHave strong problem-solving skills and a solution-based approachConsideration for privacy and security obligations
