Job Description As an X-Ray/CT Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. Your responsibilities will include: Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray and CT equipment Positioning patients accurately and ensuring their comfort during the imaging process Operating and maintaining imaging equipment to produce high-quality images Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis Reviewing and evaluating images for technical quality and making adjustments as necessary Maintaining patient records and ensuring adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines Adhering to radiation safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) ARRT certification in Radiography and CT State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray/CT Tech Proficiency in operating X-ray and CT equipment and associated software Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and radiation safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment About Pagosa Springs, CO Nestled in the breathtaking San Juan Mountains of Colorado, Pagosa Springs offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and small-town charm.
