Float/Cook Assistant- Pagosa Springs Head Start Starting August 2023 Offering a sign-on bonus of $800 to new hires to be paid out after six months of successful employment. This position floats to all classrooms to provide breaks to teachers and aides along with stepping in as needed. Minimum requirements are a Child Development Associates (CDA) or HS/GED and willingness to obtain CDA within 6 months. Tri-County Head Start will assist you in obtaining the training and experience needed to obtain the CDA requirement. Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $13.65 to $14.63 an hour, dependent on education level through August 31, 2023. As of September 1, 2023, hourly rate will increase to $15.31 – $16.25.
