As a function within the Global Revenue Marketing Organization, reporting to the Demand Program Manager, the Field Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and/or coordinating cross-channel campaigns that promote Lexmarks offerings awareness, advocacy and demand within a specific geography.
The Field Campaign Manager will develop, manage and coordinate campaigns addressing end users and channel audiences. This role builds a connection point between the Field Marketing DG teams and the global demand teams, it addresses and supports channel, launch and event campaign needs, maintaining alignment and consistency over the demand program operation in terms of focus, technology and metrics that are deployed.
Plan, Develop and execute campaigns to build partner demand and pipeline by leveraging existing content and/or coordinating the creation of a broad range of channel content and supporting communications to educate and drive revenue.Design inbound and outbound campaigns leveraging tactics such as email, paid search, SEO, paid and organic social, account-based marketing, webinars, display advertising, website content.Communicate and coordinate campaigns with geo field marketing teams ensuring effective local executionEnsure that channel partners have the information and tools required to effectively market and communicate the value of Lexmark solutions to their customers.
Support launch communications and/or campaigns through engagement with automation team and coordination with field marketing
Support field campaigns in relation to the planning of central resources. Coordinate with automation team (Eloqua, ON24 support) or external agencies if relevant to support geo specific tactics.Coordination of field campaign results through reporting of relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
Required skills
Demonstrated experience designing multifaceted marketing programs and project managementAbility to analyze, interpret and adjust campaigns to achieve optimal performanceProficiency in clearly and concisely reporting and communicating campaign results to an executive audienceExcellent communication skills, including written, interpersonal and presentingTeam player who excels at building strong, functional work relationships across teamsWillingness to operate within marketing technology platforms to facilitate campaign execution (ex: On24, Terminus)A positive attitude and willingness to accept and embrace the fast-paced changes and challenges of the technology industry
