Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 Months Description: This is a great opportunity to join our Global Content Marketing team as a Senior Content Marketing Manager. We are looking for a creative, customer-centric marketer who is passionate about that people actually want, sharing that content on the channels they actually use, measuring the results of that content to ensure the highest ROI. Responsibilities: – Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.- Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.- Employs a brand publisher mindset to create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path to conversion- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why- Integration of content programs with field programs to drive brand to demand- Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required- Facilitate stakeholder feedback and manage version control of drafts of ebooks, white papers, blogs, infographics, videos, etc.- Become our teams #1 internal evangelist “ stand up a program to socialize content internally so everyone in the organization is well-read in our stories and well-versed in our messages.Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management preferred.- 7-10+ years of experience in marketing content creation and/or strategy- Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.- Ability to manage a variety of stakeholder needs.- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Understanding of where marketing content fits into the go-to-market strategy.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for the team “ picking up projects that might become priority overnight.- A passion for writing, storytelling, and a hawks eye for typosRequirements: – Bachelors or Masters in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline- B2B Tech experience- Understanding of multicultural consumer trends, insights, passion points and media content consumption behaviors.- Strategic thinking, agency management, creative concept evaluation, project management, planning and organization, working within a team, creative/strategic acumen, relationship building, collaboration, proactivity, a results focus, proven ability to manage to key business indicators- Creative Brief Development: Knowledge of the creative brief development process.- Strategic Selling: Ability to listen to various points of input, and sell a vision of the work through knowledge of brand and creative strategy.- Push the business to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our companys tone and mission.
