Create and update documentation related to daily operations of the support team.Lead installation, implementation, and customer coordination of testing fixes provided by development for production related issues. Document work following change control protocolsMonitor and update all assigned cases through CRM tool with accuracy, and relevant information Resolve problem tickets escalated from Operations Application Support team.This role is not 100% development.Opportunity for Growth!
What You Need for this Position
Experience with:Windows Server administration and supportNetworking concepts analysis and troubleshootingWeb server technologies such as IIS, Apache TomcatStrong SQL skillsUnix/Linux JavaGood Communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
